Due to labor shortages and arid climates, traditional irrigation methods are inefficient. HUIDA Tech’s solutions enable users to build a decentralized valve-controlled system with pressure monitoring, maintaining overall pressure balance. Managed via an app, this system reduces labor, allowing two people to manage 73.33 hectares. Smart pumping stations enable remote monitoring and automated control of pumps and pressure, ensuring consistent water supply. This system has cut labor costs by 80%, reduced water usage per hectare of cotton from 6000 to 4800 cubic meters, saved 258.75 kg of fertilizer per hectare, and increased yield by 355.5 kg/ha.20,000 hectares of dry land are planted with corn using integrated water and fertilizer technology.
The planting model adopts large ridge double rows, shallow burial drip irrigation, and integrated water and fertilizer.
The project implementation amount is 36 million yuan.
Farm work that originally required five people can now be completed by just one person using intelligent equipment with one click.
